Client Services Manager

Do you have a desire to help women by providing helpful resources, advice, and guidance? Objective The Client Services Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the pregnancy center. This includes assisting in the training and supervision of volunteers, and the implementation and oversight of necessary programs to meet client needs. While the position is very independent, all decisions are subject to the Executive Director’s judgment. This is a permanent part-time position starting at 18 hours a week.

  5. Able to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, encouragement, and direction for the staff members and volunteers.

  6. Comfortable with leading and supervising a team of volunteers.

  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality.


Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●      Center Operations and Client Service Responsibilities

1.     Makes prayer an integral part of the day-to-day operations at the center.

2.     Oversee and develop all client services. This includes program curriculums, educational materials, and referral resources. Ensure these are maintained and provide recommendations for updates or new materials as needed.

3.     Oversee record-keeping and effective follow-up of clients.

4.     Keep and maintain accurate records of client statistics.

5.     Provide services for clients when volunteers are not available

6.     Ensure the facility is clean and welcoming.

7.     Oversee and acknowledge clothing and furniture donations.

●      Training Responsibilities

1.     Recruit, select, and interview possible volunteers.

2.     Conduct volunteer training, both individually and in groups.

3.     Coordinate and assist in arranging and teaching volunteer in-service training and volunteer meetings, and see that policies and procedures are followed.

4.     Develop and encourage volunteers to assist in operational procedures.

●      Supervision/Evaluation Responsibilities

1.     Oversee scheduling of all volunteers.

2.     Offer suggestions and encouragement to volunteers

3.     Assess and evaluate volunteer performance and conduct yearly evaluations

4.     Be available to volunteers for information, questions and assistance regarding center issues.

5.     Assess the ongoing performance of volunteers and follow biblical principles for addressing personnel matters when the need arises.

6.     Be available to minister to the needs of the volunteers.

7. Coordinate an annual appreciation event for volunteers with the Executive Director.
